  1. Participants must attend at least 3 designated “Freaks Fitness” classes per week over the 6 week challenge, and complete their athlete and food diaries.

  2. Lose 10kg or 6% body fat with the 6 week challenge to receive a $300.00 direct credit towards a gym membership with CrossFit Freaks.

  3. If you do not achieve a minimum of 1kg weight loss or 1% body fat loss during the challenge, you will receive your $300.00 cash back. T’s & C’s apply.
