CrossFit Kids Freaks Holiday Program June/July 2015

CrossFit Freaks is running a 2 week Kids CrossFit School Holiday Program!

Kids CrossFit Session includes:
– Lots of Fun!
– Strength and conditioning…
– Functional Movements
– Safe Environment

Our program can benefit a child who is less active or very active by tailoring classes so that each child is challenged and most importantly has fun.

Time:
• Monday 29th June 2015 @ 10:30am
– Friday 3rd July 2015 @ 10:30am
• Monday 6th July 2015 @ 10:30am
– Friday 10th July 2015 @10:30am

Cost: $40 (4 sessions). If not all 4 sessions attending each session cost $12.50.

Duration: 45-60mins Ages: 5-11 years
